Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and JahanSoft for the use of JahanSoft - Dairy Management (“the service”). By creating an account, joining the referral programme, or using the service, you accept them. If you use it for a dairy, you accept them for that dairy too.

• Give accurate details, and keep your phone number and email up to date — sign-in codes are sent there.
• Keep your password and one-time codes to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account.
• A dairy’s owner is responsible for the people they add as users and for what those users can do.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

A new dairy gets a free trial of 7 days. No payment card is needed. When the trial ends without a paid plan, the dairy becomes read-only as described in section 6.

• Plans are sold by duration — monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and yearly — at the price shown when you pay. Prices are in Pakistani rupees.
• Plans are paid in advance, online through our payment partner Safepay (card, JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account) or by any other method we accept.
• Paid time starts when your current trial or plan ends, so paying early never loses a day.
• Renewal is manual. We remind you before your plan ends; nothing is charged without you paying.
• We may change prices. A new price applies from your next payment. It never changes a period you have already paid for.
• Any discount we give is at our discretion, applies to future payments only, and can be ended by us.
• Any fee charged by the payment partner is paid by us and is shown on your invoice as a concession.
• You can change your plan or cancel renewal at any time; the change takes effect when the current paid period ends.

All payments are final and are not refunded — including for time not used, for changing to a shorter plan, for cancelling, or for an account that is suspended or closed for breaking these terms.

Cancelling stops the next renewal only. Your dairy keeps full access until the end of the period you paid for.

If a trial or plan ends without payment, the whole dairy becomes read-only for every user:

• Records can still be viewed.
• Nothing can be added, changed or deleted, including records entered offline, which are held until payment.
• Monthly reports and daily farm reminders are not shown.

Paying for a plan restores everything at once. No records are deleted while a dairy is read-only.

If a dairy stays unpaid for more than 12 months, we may close it after telling the owner, giving them time to download a backup first.

• The records you enter belong to you. You allow us to store and process them only to provide the service to you.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your records, and for having permission to enter the details of your staff and customers.
• You can download a backup of your dairy at any time from Backup & Restore.
• How we handle personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

• We send account messages on WhatsApp and email: sign-in codes, welcome messages, payment receipts, renewal reminders, and notices of price changes and discounts. These are part of the service.
• Weekly and monthly WhatsApp reports are sent only if the dairy’s owner switches them on.
• Messages to your own customers are sent by you, from your own phone, through WhatsApp links. You are responsible for their content.

• Dairy owners — including those on a trial or with a read-only dairy — and people who join only to refer can take part.
• You earn 5% of every payment made by a dairy that signed up through your link, after any discount, for as long as that dairy keeps paying. Nothing is earned until the dairy pays.
• Each person may refer up to 5 dairies unless we set a different limit for them. We may change this limit.
• Earnings are held for 7 days after each payment. After that they can be redeemed once they reach Rs 1,000, to a JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank account in your name. Payouts are made by hand, usually within a few working days.
• Referring yourself, creating accounts that are not genuine dairies, or any other abuse voids the earnings concerned, and we may close the account.
• Earnings on a payment that is reversed or cancelled are voided.
• You are responsible for any tax due on what you earn.
• We may change or end the programme. If we end it, earnings that are already redeemable will still be paid.

• Use the service only for lawful purposes and for your own dairy business.
• Do not try to get around sign-in, access limits or payments, or to reach data that is not yours.
• Do not copy, resell or rent out the service without our written permission.
• Do not use it to send spam or abusive messages.

We work to keep the service running, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. The service works offline and saves your entries when you are back online; keep regular backups. We may change or improve features over time.

The service is a record-keeping tool. Decisions about your animals, feed, health and business remain yours. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability to you is limited to what you paid us in the three months before the claim.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used unlawfully, where possible after a warning. You may stop using the service at any time and ask us to close your account.

We may update these terms. We will tell you in the app when we make an important change. Using the service after the change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Pakistan.
